Actor Nick Grennell: Peter O’Toole looked at me and said: ‘Fair play, Nick’

Nick Grennell (64) is an actor and a stalwart of pantomime. His parents Aiden Grennell and Iris Lawler were also actors. He grew up in Terenure, Dublin, and now lives in Wexford with his wife Michelle, a cellist, and their three daughters: twins Olivia and Sophia (14), and Lucy (11). He’s currently in Cinderella at the Gaiety until January 21. ​
