Counsellors were on site in Arnotts last week to help workers deal with the trauma following the horrific knife attack at a school in Parnell Square that sparked city riots.

The aftermath of the rampage is still being felt by frontline workers at Dublin Bus, department stores, hotels and newsagents, who were under siege on the night of Thursday, November 23.
