On the night of Sunday, October 1, a 16-year-old girl was found passed out and unresponsive.
It is suspected the girl, known as M, had ingested cocaine which had been cut with fentanyl, a deadly and highly potent synthetic opioid which is emerging in Europe having already been linked to thousands of deaths in the US.
