A convicted British serial fraudster who masquerades as a medical doctor and accomplished businessman has continued to operate a public limited company from Ireland even though the firm has failed to file necessary documentation with the Companies Registration Office for the past two years.
The Companies Registration Office (CRO) has insisted that following a hiatus during and after the pandemic, it has been in contact with errant companies and from January will begin striking off companies that have failed to meet their filing obligations.
